We have extensive experience of providing project commercial management services to rail projects of all sizes. We believe that the fundamental key to achieving successful financial outcomes stems from the development, deployment and delivery of tried and tested commercial procedures to carefully manage project expenditure and achieve the correct value associated with the works being delivered. We will work with our clients to deliver projects in accordance with existing processes and procedures or else help to implement our own commercial management systems to ensure projects are delivered in a controlled and measured process. This will include an interim Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) which will provide senior management with a clear understanding of the financial position of the project at any given time.
