Definition – We work with you to develop the ideal profile of the types of graduates you are looking for. This will include academic qualifications but also an understanding of what you are looking for in terms of the character and emotional intelligence of the recruits.
Search – We will leverage our relationships with the key universities offering Quantity Surveying qualifications to advertise your role to the best graduates leaving the education system and looking for their first job.
Screening – We will filter the applications received for the role against the criteria established during the definition stage to shortlist the most suitable candidates
Assessment – We will engage with the shortlisted candidates to undertake initial assessments against the key criteria to ensure suitability for the role. this may include both online and in-person assessments.
Testing – We will undertake tests on the applicants to evaluate technical understanding of the Quantity Surveying role. this will be typically be undertaken in the form of an online test and short interview assessment. The results will be made available to our clients to review if requested.
Interview – We will present the best talent to you for final interview. We can either lead that to you entirely or else we can facilitate or even lead the interview if preferred.
