We have extensive working knowledge of the key forms of contract used in the sector and can assist clients with both reviewing and negotiating contracts pre-award. Thereafter, we can help to develop contract management processes and procedures during project delivery. This includes the suite of NEC3/NEC4 contracts which are now widely used in the civil engineering industry. We also have experience working within Alliance style arrangements which have become the norm for major programmes across the UK and internationally. In addition, we have supported SME’s in the review and negotiation of bespoke forms of subcontracts that the Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors often propose at the subcontract level of procurement.
